    F. Barnes & Co. London, open frame barhammer revolver. Looks to be the .54 bore, 6 shot cylinder. Nicely scroll engraved frame with dark wooden grips, worn but sound without cracks or chips. Unique trap in bottom of grip for holding percussion caps. Very good condition, overall grey patina. Action works. Antique, no licence required to purchase or own.

    Snider Cavalry Carbine very nicely marked, 1870 dated Mk III lock. Serial number on bottom of breech block is 4176 and matches number on rear sight. Stock has clear Enfield cartouche. Well used action locks up tightly. Bore is very good, bright with lots of rifling. Original screws in place on either side of stock for leather rear sight cover. The 2 piece cleaning rod is missing from the butt trap. Very nice example of this uncommon Snider carbine.

    Portuguese contract made by B.S.A & M. Co. 1875 (Birmingham Small Arms & Metals Small Heath 1872-1897) with the Kingdom of Portugal crown over G.P. cypher on the tail of the lock. Complete, working. Does not have through stock mounting bolts. Even if you are not restoring a Portuguese Carbine (and who isn't these days), this is a very interesting Snider Enfield item.

    Spanish Miquelet Fowler
    Original smoothbore fowler, long lightweight barrel with original wooden ramrod including bone tip. Very ornate and highly figured wooden stock. Overall length 57 ½ inches, barrel is 42 inches, bore is 5/8 inch diameter or 20 gauge. The feature of this piece is the Miquelet lock with the external mainspring and sear mechanism. Can’t identify the maker’s proof mark but estimate this at mid 1700’s production. Antique, no licence required to purchase or own.

    Webley No.4 Revolver .450 calibre ANTIQUE
    Bore is excellent. Some slight spalling of plated finish. Tip of hammer is broken off. Original leather lanyard and lanyard catch is broken. This was the private purchase sidearm of Lieut. Colonel Henry Burton Winter (1838 - 1915) of the 7th Royal Fusiliers. Served in Malta, Canada and finally India where he was Cantonment Magistrate at Poonamallee. Holster, belt and pouch are inscribed with his name and regiment. Also included is his Lt. Colonel's sash from the 7th Royal fusiliers. Very researchable. Antique firearm, no licence required to purchase or own.
