Rare TS, Truppe Speciali (Special Troops) variant of the Italian carcano carbine with side mounted grenade launcher. The bolt of the rifle is removed and used in the grenade launcher. The rifle trigger works both the rifle and the grenade launcher. Very unusual. EXCELLENT condition with original sling. These TS rifles were developed prior to WWII but never used in combat.
