Display round with unfired projectile nicely marked Q.F. 18 pdr, IX means Mark IX projectile, FS is Forged Steel construction.M-H is the maker. Date of manufacture is 23 4 17 April 23, 1917 and ABD is possibly the steel supplier. Empty and inert fuze. Brass case is nicely marked with fired inert primer and June 1915 dated.
