Spainish M26 Helmet WWII era

The Model 26 was originally issued in the 1930’s and used in the Spanish Civil War 1936 to 1939 it was refurbished in 1943 for Franco’s forces preparing to fight for Hitler in WWII but were never called to this task. This helmet appears to be a post Civil War manufacture painted the light green colour and with a bracket at the front to hold Franco insignia. Liner and chinstrap are original and in very good condition. Overall this helmet is in Excellent condition which is exceptional as these Spanish helmets are commonly found in poor condition or as military surplus from a third world country.
